PROJECT BACKGROUND
A multi-phase project to build a new comprehensive High School on the Eastside of Dublin. The long-awaited campus is designed to be a hub of learning, innovation, and community connection. Once completed, the school will feature more than 80 modern classrooms.
Tower One (Two-Stories):
Tower One includes new construction of an administration and counseling building, a two-story library, a 125-seat lecture hall, and a student union featuring a full cafeteria, kitchen, and food court.
Tower Two a three-story facility, offers a variety of academic environments. These include standard classrooms, chemistry labs, flexible science labs, special education spaces, and electronic arts rooms.
The campus also features a 2,500-seat gymnasium with three full basketball courts, a locker room facility with team rooms, and weight and training areas. For the arts, students have access to dedicated spaces for music, dance, art, ceramics, and video production. Outdoor athletic facilities include an all-weather track, synthetic football and soccer fields, and eight tennis courts.
PROJECT REQUIREMENTS
The school covers 197,000 square feet and spans almost 24 acres. The total estimated cost from Phase I to Phase III is $374 million. The campus has a mix of factory controls with an Automated Logic (ALC) overlay for the building management system.
WHAT SUNBELT CONTROLS DELIVERED
Sunbelt Controls played a key role in bringing the vision to life. The facility provides flexible and innovative spaces that support 21st-Century students with a collaborative learning environment. Construction began in fall 2020, and Phase I was completed in May 2024.

All new controlled and monitored systems were incorporated into the existing DUSD Automated Logic system, ensuring seamless control and monitoring.
