Sunbelt Controls Northern California office has had a long working relationship with Interface Engineering’s San Francisco team, so we were thrilled to be asked to work with the IE team on their new San Francisco office at 135 Market Street to design and install a new integrated automation system.

PROJECT REQUIREMENTS

We worked closely with the IE mechanical and electrical teams to design a comprehensive and intelligent building system that would monitor and control the HVAC systems, provide a graphical interface and integrate to the space lighting system. This also included enabling the entire facility energy consumption to be tracked on a device type basis.

WHAT SUNBELT CONTROLS DELIVERED

Sunbelt Controls utilized Automated Logic’s WebCTRL product line to provide advanced sequences to meet their Title 24 requirements, thermographic floor layouts for quick troubleshooting and an industry leading Eco-Screen which interactively displays the space Energy Consumption as well as their Environmental Index™ rating. The entire system can be also accessed remotely by permitted staff to monitor and evaluate their energy consumption and occupant comfort levels at all times.
