Alexandria Real Estate Equities (ARE) is an Owner, Operator and Developer uniquely focused on collaborative Class A properties clustered in life science and technology campuses. They provide their tenants with highly dynamic and collaborative environments that enhance their ability to successfully recruit and retain world-class talent and inspire productivity, efficiency, creativity and success.

PROJECT REQUIREMENTS

Alexandria’s Mission is to make a positive and meaningful impact on the health, safety, and well-being of its tenants, stockholders, and employees, and the communities in which we live and work. With that Mission in mind, ARE’s goal was to have a Unified User Interface or “Single Pane of Glass” to simplify management and operation of their state-of-the-art Headquarters building.

WHAT SUNBELT CONTROLS DELIVERED

Through a collaborative RFP process, Sunbelt Controls was able to further understand and provide guidance on various use cases for integrating into the underlying building systems. In the end, the following systems were determined to be the integration focus of the initial MSI delivery.
