Avaya Stadium is a newly constructed complex for the San Jose Earthquakes. It includes the new stadium and a new office building.
PROJECT REQUIREMENTS
The stadium is predominantly open air, with some cooling in the kitchen support areas. Project included some grease duct to serve the concession areas throughout. The 2-story office building houses with upstairs corporate offices and downstairs team support offices, locker rooms, laundry facility, weight rooms and showers.
WHAT SUNBELT CONTROLS DELIVERED
Sunbelt Controls provided design development and construction services. Sunbelt collaborated with the general contractor, Devcon, and the mechanical contractor, ACCO Engineered Systems for all design and construction related to the stadium and offices at Avaya Stadium.
The collaboration was a successful team effort from start to finish, and the project was completed on time and on budget.
Sunbelt delivered design-build engineering, project management and construction coordination for this project. Sunbelt continues to provide maintenance support for the installed systems.
