Sustainable Comfort and Energy Management
The Cathedral Center of Christ the Light, is located at 2121 Harrison Street, and had an estimated budget of $190 million. Keeping the Sanctuary comfortable was both a design and construction challenge. The large floor area uses an innovative radiant cooling and heating system, complemented by a displacement ventilation distribution system provided under floor. Other support areas are handled through more conventional VAV methods. Controls for comfort and energy management are handled through a Sunbelt Controls installed Automated Logic Controls (ALC) DDC System.
